Bitterleaf Juicing
Health benefit:
Used to cleanse the blood, skin, liver and gallbladder.
Traditionally used by cooking as apart of vegetable dishes. The leaf produces a lather soapy effect when rub together and is applied to the face/skin for scrubbing.
If you own a juicer, you can juice the leaf and drink the juice for detoxing the bodily systems. Yo may also use a blender. Put the bitterleaf and water into the Blender, blend and extract the juice with a cotton cloth/cheese cloth.
Bitterleaf is a green leafy vegetable very common in the tropical region of the world. Bitterleaf has a bittertaste and is toned "Ewuro" in Yoruba Language.
Waterleaf juicing and blending
Health benefit:
Waterleaf is a type of mucilaginous plant with tender leaf. It is traditionally used for cooking vegetable dishes in Nigeria via my own experience. Waterleaf contains spectra of vitaminerals biocompactible and bioassimmilable to the human body. Waterleaf can be eaten as living raw salads with tomatoes, okra and sprouted nuts and seeds. She is called "Gbure" in Yoruba culture.
Waterleaf can be juiced and add to the body/blood cleansing and building regimen. Waterleaf can also be blended with water and/or blended with other mucilaginous fruit/vegetables such as Okra.
Okra
Health Benefit:
Okra fruit is a very high powered food reputed for its colon smoothing property. Okra is made into soup (okra soup) throughout the world and is considered an ethnic (original) food. The popular American "gumbo" soup is made from Okra. It is said to to have aphrodisiac (afrodisiak) and tonifying effect on the reproductive systems. Okra contains spectra of nutrition needed for human sustenance. Okra is called Ila in Yoruba language. The dried Okra fruit is called Orunla in Yoruba and seem to have conversation with Yoruba energy toned Orunla/Orunmila.
Okra can be eaten raw for it is technically a fruit but it is cooked as apart of vegetable dishes. Okra can be blended with other vegetables and fruits for cleansing/detoxing the colon.
Carrot and Celery Juicing
Health Benefits:
Carrot and Celery are known for their health benefit properties. Celery is alkaline and helps to increase circulation to the body. Celery contains natural sodium (salt) recognised by the body intelligence. Carrot helps to detoxify the body and also contains spectra of minerals needed for human nutrition. Carrot is a root vegetable and can help in "grounding". Carrot and Celery juice can help in mild body detoxification and body cleansing. They are also good for colour therapy as they supply subtle energy to the eyes and other senses.
Juicing
Carrot and Celery can be juiced seperately and/or together to provide spectra of minerals from each plant. The juice can also be used for base "cooking" providing vegetable broth.
Beetroot
Health Benefit:
Beetroot is a root tuber and is good for cleansing and supply nutrition to the body. It contains spectra of nutrients that are bio-assimmilable and bio-absorbable to the body. The "bloody" beetroot teaches the doctrine of signature and is used to cleanse the blood.
Juicing
Beetroot can be juiced by peeling the outer skin (if non-organic) or leave the skin on (if organic) and cutting the roots into small chunks and put into a juicer. A very vibrant deep-red colour and a healthy juice drink.
Mucus Buster
Mucus Buster is a combination of Kale, Spinach, Celery, Cucumber, Lemon/Lime, Cayenne pepper and Ginger root
Each of these plant food is super-nutritious in its own right. The combination of these plant food provide wholesome nutrition to the entire body by reaching the body on a cellular level. This is a mucus buster food that reduce unhealthy mucus in the system. This is also cleansing and leave you feeling fresh and cleanse for the day. If something is wholistic in nature then we do not have to focus on one aspect of where the food is reaching. Wholefood feeds the wholebody and wholebody needs wholefood.

Wash the vegetables (Kale, Spinach, Celery, Ginger root) and fruits (Cucumber, Lemon/Lime, Cayenne Pepper) in water.

Buckwheat and vegetable/Fruit meal
Ingredient: Buckwheat spagetti, Cauliflower, Spinach, Onion, Bell Pepper (Green and Red), Tomatoes, Cayenne pepper, Olive Oil, Sea Salt.
Direction:
Soaked Buckwheat spagetti in boiled water for 7-10 minutes. Drain and put aside.
Wash and cut the rest of the vegetables and fruits into small pieces.
Pour 2 tablespoonful of Oilve oil into cooking pan on a cooking stove/cooker and stir-fry the vegetables for 7 minutes and add a little bit of seasalt
Alternative method: Put the vegetables and fruits into cooking pot/pan on a cooker, add some water and sea salt, and Olive oil, cover the pot and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Or
Cut the vegetables and fruits into very small pieces and put some Olive Oil and apple cider vinegar on the vegetables
Serve the Buckwheat spagetti with the vegetables/fruits

Chick Pea flour/Gram and Vegetable/fruit Wrap
Ingredients: Chickpea flour also called gram flour, carrot, kale, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, cayenne pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and seaweed/kelp.
Direction: Pour your required Chick pea flour into a mixing ceramic or glass bowl. Mix the flour with water and hand whipped with wooden spoon till you arrived at your desirable consistency.
Put a cooking pan on a cooking stove and pour some Olive oil into the cooking can. Spread evenly and cooked for
desired time. Make sure you do not burn the flour "pie". Put aside the done chickpea pie
Grate the carrots with a grater or finely chopped the carrots with knife. Chop the rest of the Vegetables and fruits into fine pieces. Put the chopped vegetables/fruits into ceramic/glass bowl, pour some Olive oil, apple cider vinegar and some powdered seaweed/kelp. Mix thoroughly
Spread the cooked chickpea pie on a cooking mat or in a big plate. Carefully fill with the prepared seasoned vegetables and wrap them together.

Banana coconut millet water meal
Ingredients: 5 - 7 bananas, I small coconut, I cup millet, water
Direction
Soaked the millet grain overnight. Rinse the millet and cook the millet with water for 10 minutes
Put aside
Prepare the coconut and cut into pieces. Put the coconut pieces in blender and blend for 1 minute. Add the cooked
millet into the blender and blend again. Then add the bananas and blend thoroughly. Add more water and add some vanilla syrup and pinch of seasalt (optional though)
If the blended meal is too thick, add more water and blend.
This is enough meal for family of 4. Give thanks and enjoy.

This milk is very nutritious and tasty at the same time. Cashew nut contains spectra of nutrients that are recognised by the body. Dates contain varying amounts of nutrients that are digestible and assimmilable by the human body. Baobab fruit powder is a tropical known for her spectra of nutrients that are digestible and bio-assimmilable.
Ingredients: Cashew nuts/seeds, Dates, Baobab fruit powder and Water.
Direction: You may soak cashew seeds for like 2 hours before usage or use a nut grinder to pulverise it. Or just pur inside the blender alongside other ingredients. Put Cashew nuts, Dates and and 1 tablespoonful of Baobab fruit powder in the blender, add water to them and blend together for like 4 minutes.

This is a combination of very powerful fruit smoothie. All contain spectra of nutrients that your body
will thank them for. Mango is one of the best food on the planet. Papaya is so nutritious that the papain enzyme was made from it. Banana with her nerve soothing properties. You can add baobab fruit to increase nutritional intake from this smoothie. You may also add Alfalfa herb powder, Maca root powder and Moringa leaf powder COMBO that will sell on this website.

Directions: Prepare your fruits, put them in blender, add water and blend. You can also use nut milk like coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk, etc alongside water to replace water.
